DNA is detected by a polymerase chain reaction with a fluorescent detector in real time. If a fragment of the African swine fever virus genome is detected in at least one of the samples, all manure contained in the manure storage is re-disinfected.;EFFECT: invention allows to simplify the detection of African swine fever virus.;1 ex
