FIELD: blasting.;SUBSTANCE: system for providing safety of explosive facilities comprises a protective device in the form of an anti-explosion panel above the exposed opening of the protected facility and consisting of armoured metal framework with armoured metal skin and lead as a filler. In the covering of the protected facility, at its opening, symmetrical with respect to the axis of the opening, there are at least three rigidly fixed hinged-screw combined rods telescopically inserted in the fixed support branch pipes rigidly embedded in the metal frame of the anti-explosion panel. Each of the hinged-screw combined rods consists of smooth and screw portions. The smooth portion of the rods is limited in the upper part by sheet-stops and in the middle part by the movable stops which are connected to the elastic-damping elements. The lower screw portion of the rods is located in the fixed support branch pipes, in which there are equidistant and congruent screw surfaces provided with the same parameters as the screw portion of the hinged-screw combined rods. The hinged-screw combined rods are limited at both ends by the upper and lower hinge elements which are located in the covering of the protected object and connected to the guide supports of the rods. The upper hinge elements are connected to the ends of the smooth portion of the rods and to sheet-stops, which in turn are connected to each other via the elastic-damping elements. Each elastic-damping element is rigidly connected to the covering of the protected facility by means of tension elements, one end of which is rigidly connected to the middle of the elastic-damping elements, and the other end is suspended in the covering of the protected facility.;EFFECT: invention makes it possible to enhance reliability of explosion-proof devices operation in case of emergency explosion at the facility and provide return of these structures to the initial position after the explosion.;2 cl, 2 dwg
