FIELD: chemistry.;SUBSTANCE: method of producing porous membranes contains using salts of ZrO(NO3)2⋅2H2O, Y(NO3)3⋅5H2O as source reagents, from which solutions of nitrate salts are produced, the mixtures of which are evaporated on a water bath and then cooled at a temperature of 3-5°C to the formation of crystalline hydrates, which are calcined at a temperature of 150°C for 0.5 h, then thermal processing of the produced X-ray amorphous powders of t-ZrO2 is carried out in the temperature range of 600-1300°C, after which to create the pore structure in the solid solution of t-ZrO2, freshly produced Al(OH)3 is used, wherein mixing of the pore-forming component is carried out in conditions of dry grinding, then sintering of the pressed compacts is carried out at a temperature of 1300°C with isothermal aging for 2 hours, then the produced ceramics is used as a porous substrate to create a membrane filter. As the source of the substance, aqueous solution of boehmite AlO(OH) is used, a membrane layer of AlO(OH) is applied by dipping porous substrates in aqueous suspension, and then the substrate is placed in a desiccator and dried, then a two-step processing of substrates is performed with the membrane layer at a temperature of 150°C for 0.5 h for the removal of adsorption water and at a temperature of 500°C for 0.5 h for the destruction of the hydroxyl bonds in the membrane layer, followed by final calcination at a temperature of 1200°C.;EFFECT: providing the possibility of controlling the open porosity of the material, the pore size and obtaining a given pore size distribution.;2 cl, 2 tbl, 5 dwg
