BENCH FOR MODELS OF VIBRATION SYSTEMS OF SHIP ENGINE ROOM POWER PLANTS VIBRO-ACOUSTIC TESTS

FIELD: test equipment.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing equipment and can be used for testing of vibration isolation systems. Stand contains a base on which, through at least three vibration isolators, a bulkhead is fixed, which is a single-mass oscillatory system of mass and rigidity of m₂ and c₂, respectively, and arranged on the bulkhead an eccentric vibrator is used as a generator of harmonic oscillations. On bulkhead a post is installed for testing of natural frequencies of resilient elements of spring and disc vibration isolators with different lengths, geometrical parameters, as well as different weights value, fixed at the ends of those tested elements. At that, oscillations of the mass fixed on each resilient element is fixed by displacements indicator, according to readings of which resonant frequency is determined, corresponding to each resilient element parameters. On the base and the bulkhead vibration acceleration sensors are fixed, signals from which are transmitted to an amplifier, then the oscilloscope, a magnetograph and a computer to process the received information, wherein to adjust the bench operation a frequency meter and a phase meter are used.;EFFECT: technical result is expansion of technological capabilities of testing objects.;3 cl, 7 dwg
