FIELD: radio engineering, communication.;SUBSTANCE: device for estimation of frequency of harmonic noisy signal comprises an analogue-to-digital converter, two discrete Fourier transform units, amplitude calculation units, two maximum determination blocks, six accumulation units, two phase difference computation units, sine and cosine calculation units, four adder units, two frequency shift calculation units, a divider, a comparison unit, and a frequency determination unit. The technical result is achieved due to the fact that in the proposed device the amplitude spectrum of the signal is measured at different durations, the frequency rating with the maximum value is determined, a rough estimation of the signal frequency is obtained, and then the phase shift at this frequency is calculated to determine the frequency offset with respect to a given frequency, thus obtaining a more accurate estimation of the frequency of the received signal.;EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of determining the frequency of a noisy harmonic signal, the accuracy of this device does not depend on the nominal frequency of the analysed signal.;1 dwg
