FIELD: veterinary medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method incudes effect performed on a cell suspension by a modulated ultrasonic wave with a carrier frequency of 0.88 MHz, intensity range of 0.2-0.7 W/cm2 and modulation frequency of 10-80 Hz. The exposure time is 15-50 s with direction of action on the non-nuclear cells 1-9 μ in size. At the same time, the effect on the CPU and nuclei of nucleated cells of size 6.6-19.8 μ, or intensity of 0.05-0.7 W/cm2, modulation frequency of 200-900 Hz for 15-40 seconds with 7.7-17.6 μ - nucleated cells selected as a target. Then smears are prepared, stained with differential dyes and the morphological status of the cells is analyzed.;EFFECT: method allows to expand the arsenal of diagnostic and experimental methods.;2 cl, 2 tbl, 4 dwg
