FIELD: measuring equipment.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring technique for measuring micromechanical characteristics of internal surfaces of articles, refers to engineering, in particular to control the physical and mechanical properties of the internal surfaces of through and blind holes with a thin coating. Essence: the introduction into the surface of a pyramidal indenter from a solid material with known elastic characteristics, record diagram of loading – the depth of implementation and processing of array of data describing the load diagram – implementation. Elastic indenter is introduced into curvilinear inner surface of topocomposite in range of insertion depths from units of nanometers to tens of micrometers. Measurement data are recorded, as well as their processing using theoretical analytical dependencies describing the mechanics of the normal contact interaction of elastic spherical indenter with coating from the topocomposite in the area of elastoplastic deformation of the latter, in the aggregate of several indicators, namely, the hardness and elastic modulus of the coating, the composite hardness and modulus of elasticity of the topocomposite, which are determined by the formulas. Device comprises a base on which a movable stand with a rotating platform is located on which a rod with a measuring module and a lunette and with the ability to move it inside the hole of the product under investigation in three axes and rotate around its axis with the help of racks located on the rack, with a digital camera mounted on the shaft shank.;EFFECT: possibility of a complex evaluation with high accuracy of the parameters of physical and mechanical properties of the inner surfaces of through and blind holes with a thin coating in the mode of a single technological measurement.;2 cl, 6 dwg
