FIELD: agriculture.;SUBSTANCE: unit comprises gearboxes with cutting knives fixed to their shafts. To transfer torque to rotors through a shaft, bevel gears are used. The rotors are made in the form of a rotary cutting wheel fixed to the shaft by a nut and mounted in the housing on a slide bearing. The cutting wheel consists of sickle-shaped knives having an edge, a blade, and a stiffener. The edge is made in the right logarithmic spiral with the growth coefficient q1. A notch is made on the edge. The cutting wheel is fixed to the side wall of the beam-frame of the conveyor for unloading the mowed mass, made blade-slatted.
