ENZYMIC BIOCATALYST WITH ANTIOXIDANT ACTIVITY FOR DETOXIFICATION OF PHOSPHORORHANGE COMPOUNDS

FIELD: biotechnology.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to enzymatic biocatalysts for the detoxification of organophosphorus compounds (OPCs) and neutralization of reactive oxygen species. Enzyme biocatalyst is lyophilized non-covalent complex between hexahistidine-containing polypeptide with the properties of an organophosphate hydrolase and antioxidant selected from flavonoids: apigenin, icarian, catechin, myricetrin, tectorenin, tectoridine, or chalconoids: 2-hydroxychalcone, 2'-hydroxychalcone. Biocatalyst is obtained by mixing the solutions of these components so that the molar ratio is from 1:1 to 100:1 between the antioxidant and an enzyme or an enzyme-polyelectrolyte complex based on poly-L-glutamic acid or a block copolymer thereof with polyethylene glycol, freezing of the resulting mixture at a temperature of no higher than minus 40 °C and its subsequent lyophilization to a residual moisture of 2–4 %.;EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain biocatalyst with double activity: organophosphate hydrolase and antioxidant, and to detoxify organophosphorus compounds and neutralize reactive oxygen species; biocatalyst exhibits improved stability and an extended shelf life.;1 cl, 1 tbl, 5 ex
