FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and is intended for early diagnosis of acute infective endocarditis (IE). Venous blood samples are taken, isolation of genomic DNA, allele-specific polymerase chain reaction and genotyping of polymorphic locus -455G-A of FGB gene in persons at risk.
