FIELD: ship building.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of shipbuilding and concerns the issue of ensuring the evacuation and rescue of personnel of offshore oil and gas facilities operating in ice conditions. Launching device of a lifeboat for evacuation of personnel of an offshore oil and gas facility in ice conditions is proposed, which includes a launching platform with guide rollers on which a lifeboat with a locking device is mounted, and a shelter boat deck, located on the upper deck of the offshore oil and gas facility, a box-shaped case is added into the device, in which a launching platform with a lifeboat is placed, a boom that is attached at one end by hinges to the support base of the offshore oil and gas facility, which is equipped with an opening tent, and a winch with a cable having locking and braking devices, the box-shaped case made of fire-resistant reinforced polyester fiberglass is connected at one end to the winch cable, and connected via the hinge to the other end of the boom.;EFFECT: proposed device makes it possible to increase the safety of evacuation of personnel from the offshore oil and gas facility, simultaneously providing protection against meteorological conditions and fire in case of a possible fire breaking out.;4 cl, 2 dwg
