METHOD OF RAPID DIAGNOSTICS OF DENTOALVEOLAR ANOMALIES AT DISPENSARY ADMISSION IN PRESCHOOL AND PRIMARY SCHOOL CHILDREN

Evaluate a number of indicators in scores: chin protrusion/chin, asymmetry of the face, the kind of closure of the lips at rest, the presence of anomalies of the teeth, the kind of clamping in the anterior part of the dentition, type of closure in the lateral sections of the dentition, the type of breathing, the type of swallowing, the evaluation of the movement of the lower jaw, the evaluation of the symmetry of the position of the shoulders and shoulder blades at rest. Obtained scores are summarized. Depending on the scores received, a conclusion is drawn that the degree of severity of the disorders is low, requiring clinical follow-up by specialized specialists, make a conclusion about the average degree of severity of violations requiring preventive conservative measures among specialized specialists, or they conclude that the severity of the violations is severe, requiring therapeutic, including surgical, measures from specialized specialists.;EFFECT: method allows to simplify procedure for detecting dentoalveolar anomalies in children by evaluating informative indices in visual examination of the face and oral cavity in children.;1 cl, 6 tbl, 3 ex
