FIELD: radio engineering, communication.;SUBSTANCE: device (1) for direct broadcasting alarm system is proposed to protect against collisions with debris located in the Earth's atmosphere or in outer space. The device (1) is provided with a fixing structure. The device (1) comprises of a detection means, processing unit, transmit-receive means. The detection means and transmit-receive means are located in a dangerous space (2). The processing unit is located in said fixing structure, connected to the detection means for determining the range and dynamics of the dangerous space (2). The transmit-receive means are designed to send the output signal (IN) carrying an alarm message based on the range and the dynamics of space vehicle (3) and/or aircraft (4), having a route, crossing the said dangerous space (2), and/or ground station (5, 17) and/or end-user (6, 16), located on the surface (20) of the Earth in the area of the expected collision between mentioned dangerous space (2) and the surface (20) of the Earth to activate emergency procedures. A method of direct broadcasting alarm system is also proposed. According to the invention, information about the dangerous space may be sent directly to the end users and to all vehicles on the ground and in flight, providing the above with sufficient time to find shelter or activate the procedures to ensure the security of sensitive installations, and ensuring that they were able to go from dangerous space, do not enter or land. Additionally, the alarm device (1) is able to determine the intended location of the dangerous space (2) with greater accuracy than the known alarm devices.;EFFECT: alarm device is highly effective because it can ensure the transmission of information on the dangerous space even in areas that are not available directly for aircraft control operator services, because it operates independently from them.;12 cl, 3 dwg
