FIELD: agriculture.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of agriculture, namely to poultry farming. Feed probiotic additive for growing chicken broilers contains the ferment for koumiss as per OST 49 113-77, which is prepared in accordance with the instruction for preparation and use of ferments for sour-milk products at dairy enterprises, the ferment is approved by the Ministry of Meat and Dairy Industry of the USSR dated July 28, 1983, and the composition of the following composition: fat-free cow's milk with the acidity of not more than 20°T, the density of not less than 1,030 kg/m³, condensed milk cheese whey with bulk solids content 40 % – as per TU 49 803-81, vitamin C as per GF USSR – X, art. 6, 6-water chloride cobalt chemically pure – as per GOST 4525-77, drinking water – as per GOST 2874-82.;EFFECT: feeding the feed additive contributes to the increase in the safety of livestock, the decrease in feed costs per 1 kg of growth in live weight and, as a result, to the increase in the economic profitability of fattening of meat birds.;2 cl, 1 tbl
