METHOD FOR PREVENTION OF RECURRENT ECTOPIC PREGNANCY

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gynecology and physiotherapy, and can be used to prevent recurrent ectopic pregnancy. For this purpose, combined mud poultice applications and vaginal irrigation with mineral water are used. Mud poultice is applied to a "panties" zone, covering the lower abdomen, lower back and partly upper thighs, using mud with a moisture content of not more than 70 %, containing hydrogen sulfide 0.3 %, lipids 0.6 %, carotenoids 3 %, humic acids. Procedures are performed every second day. And the mud temperature with each subsequent procedure is increased from 36–37 °C to 42–44 °C. Duration of the procedure is increased from 7–8 minutes to 15 minutes. Course comprises 10 mud poultice applications. Vaginal irrigation is native without dilution with mineral water of total mineralization of 8.2 g/dm³, containing anions of Cl – 2751–2789 mg/dm³ (56–59 eq.%), SO₄ – 2344–2695 mg/dm³ (36–42 eq.%), HCO₃ – 734 mg/dm³, Na cations, K – 2056–2168 mg/dm³ (66–71 eq.%), Ca – 559–587 mg/dm³ (20–22 eq.%), Mg – 236 mg/dm³, in an amount of 3–6 liters, at a temperature of 37–38 °C, for 10–15 minutes. Course comprises 10 procedures. And mud poultice applications alternate every second day with vagina irrigation with mineral water with a break on the days of menstruation.;EFFECT: method provides restoration of reproductive function and prevention of recurrent ectopic pregnancy, including by reduced formation of products of tissue destruction, activation of natural detoxification systems, softening of adhesive structures and prevention of adhesions, reduced levels of proinflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines.;1 cl, 1 ex
