METHOD FOR PREDICTING THE COURSE OF BRONCHIAL ASTHMA IN PREGNANT WOMEN

Define form and control of BA, presence of cardiovascular diseases, the social status of a pregnant woman. Using methods of functional diagnosis, determine the level of nitric oxide in the exhaled air (NOex), examine the level of homocysteine, vitamin D in the serum. Polymorphism of the genes eNOS 894, MTHFR677, MTR 2756 and MTRR 66 is determined. Values obtained are included in discriminant equation. At Df-1, deterioration of the course of BA during pregnancy is predicted.
