FIELD: astronautics.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the space industry, to the planning methods of the ground-based automated control and measurement system (ACMS) technical means (TM) use by space crafts (SC) for scientific and socio-economic purposes and can be used in the event of conflict situations involving the use of the ACMS TM.
