FIELD: technological processes.;SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to produce complex shape parts by superplastic stamping. Vacuum-arc smelting of the ingot form alloy VT20 and the part is produced by superplastic deformation of the ingot at a strain rate of 10-4 s-1 followed by heat treatment. While the vacuum-arc smelting of the ingot, a ligature (Ti-Al-Gd) is introduced into the alloy composition. Superplastic deformation is carried out at a temperature of 800 to 900 °C, and the heat treatment – at a temperature of 800 to 850 °C followed by exposure at a temperature of 400 to 500 °C until (α+β)-phase of the titanium alloy is obtained.;EFFECT: invention provides increased strength properties, elasticity modulus and corrosion resistance of parts made of titanium pseudo-α-alloy VT20 due to selecting its alloying composition.;1 cl
