Interaction method in the oxide structures with the electrical switching effect based coupled oscillators system is the interaction implemented by means of the heat exchange, at that, the switches are placed on the dielectric substrate with high thermal conductivity at a distance, which is characteristic for the oscillators to each other significant temperature influence (less than 100 mcm).;EFFECT: presented interaction method allows to increase the oscillators arrangement density on the certain area due to the reduction in the electrical elements number, and also provide the electrical isolation by direct and alternating current; in addition, the presented method allows to implement the “all to all” connection topology in a natural way, within the thermal coupling action effective range.;1 cl, 2 dwg
