Claimed method comprises: using a transparent microparticle comprising two internal cores having the same diameter and centrosymmetrically arranged as a particle for the rotational test; synchronous reception of two groups of series of two-dimensional images of the motion of a microparticle in the field of a hydrocyclone using two perpendicularly located high-speed digital cameras; and reconstruction of the three-dimensional trajectory of the movement of microparticles from two groups of series of synchronous images and simultaneously determination of the rotation speed of the microparticle in the cyclone field.
