FIELD: technological processes.;SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a fiberglass composition, fiberglass and composite material comprising said fiberglass. Said fiberglass composition contains the following components, expressed in wt%: 58–64 SiO2, 14–19 Al2O3, greater than or equal to 10 or less 11.8 CaO, 7.5–11 MgO, 0.2–2.7 SrO, 0.1–2 Na2O+K2O, 0.05–0.9 Li2O, 0.05–1 Fe2O3, 0.05–1.1 TiO2 and less than 0.5 F2, while the ratio of the components (in wt.%) C1=(MgO+SrO)/CaO) is in the range 0.75–1.1 and the C2=CaO/MgO ratio is less than 1.4.;EFFECT: this composition effectively inhibits the tendency of the glass to crystallize, significantly reduces the liquidus temperature and the degree of crystallization of the glass, and in addition, provides an excellent refractive index of glass and an excellent modulus of elasticity.;8 cl
