FIELD: motors and pumps.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions belongs to the field of aircraft engine building. Mounted in the oil unit housing, the discharge pump is installed on the monitoring diagnostic equipment (MDE) cover in the used oil drain area. Discharge pump comprises a gear operating element, which includes two impellers mounted on parallel shafts, each providing a bearing. Drive shaft is communicated by torque through the drive gear reducer spring to the power source. On the driven shaft, a driving wheel is installed that transfers the energy of rotation to the driven one mounted on the drive shaft. Frontal thrust plates are installed in the lower shell, and the rear ones are installed in the middle shell of the oil unit. Thrust bearings emerge with each input and output channel, forming jointly the gear wheels the successive sections of the oil pump path. Distance between the shafts is necessary and sufficient to ensure maximum mutual engagement of the teeth of the gear wheels. In the method of operation of the pump-out oil, the oil is fed through the inlet in the lower housing of the oil unit and further along the inner channel under the minimum necessary excess pressure to the pump body followed by a volume displacement of the evacuated medium from the interdental depressions of the interacting gear wheels along the pump line, the oil at a higher pressure through the outlet channel in the middle shell of the oil unit is fed to the engine oil tank for purification and cooling. Displacement of the pumped medium from the interdental cavity of each of the interacting wheels is produced in the angular sector of rotation of the gear rims, determined by half the angle formed by the radii of the wheels from the intersection point of the relative cylindrical surfaces, describing the tops of the teeth of the gear rims to the output point of intersection of the conventional cylindrical surfaces in the course of the rotation of the gears, constituting the angular sector αd.o.n. In the area that is freed from the pumped medium depression, subsequent discharge βr.o.n. angular sector is equal to the displacement angle.;EFFECT: technical result achieved by a group of inventions is to increase the efficiency, resource and reliability of the pump oil pump.;17 cl, 7 dwg
