The thermal energy distribution device (100) according to the invention comprises at least a first high temperature circuit (110) which comprises a thermal energy generator (140) and at least one heat distribution circuit (111). high temperature heat transfer fluid which forms a closed loop with a feed pipe having its inlet which corresponds to an output (140a) of the thermal energy generator (140) and which conveys a first hot heat transfer fluid. A second circuit (120) is decomposed into at least two complementary subcircuits (120a, and 120b) interconnected by a heat exchanger (230) which provides thermal coupling without a hydraulic connection. The subcircuits may be coupled in series or in series-parallel depending on the configuration of the installation site.
