The stripper comprises a frame (1) which comprises a circular housing (9) in which are rotatably mounted a knife (5) and a blade turbine (10) which are mounted on an axis (6) itself actuated by an engine (7). An aperture plate (3) is mounted on the frame and the knife. The apertured plate has openings (4) which are parallel to one another. An aspirator (15) is mounted on a sleeve (11) which is mounted in the side of the frame. The plant to be plucked is placed on the plate with openings during the stripping.
