The evaluation method according to the invention for the measurement of organizational cultures comprises, in addition to known survey questions, a basic text set for the description of the cultural characteristics and critical abnormalities among the teams and the persons. Cultural traits such as leadership characteristics are characterized and correlated among the teams. As a result, very precise statements are made on organizational risks and critical areas of action formulated. These are direct inputs for optimization measures of the considered organization.
