Artificial landscape with a pumped storage plant in a natural landscape, in which a natural height difference is not sufficient to build a pumped storage plant, with a difference in height of center of gravity of an upper exchange volume in an upper reservoir of the pumped storage plant and a lower exchange volume in a lower basin of the pumped storage plant clearly is greater than the natural height difference in the natural landscape in which the pumped storage plant is built, and wherein at least the lower basin is constructed as the artificial landscape, wherein the lower basin at least a portion of the natural terrain is removed, characterized in that the lower basin is surrounded by the upper basin or the upper basin of the lower basin, wherein the upper basin or the lower basin is surrounded by a piled up of a soil material wall.
