The application describes organic components for the conversion of light into electrical energy with integrated bypass diodes, which are integrated in the optoelectronic stack in order to increase the efficiency and the life of the optoelectronic component in partial / shadowing of individual cells or cell segments. The production of these components is also possible for large-scale applications in the roll-to-roll process.
