The invention relates to a method for producing sliding bearing composite materials (30), in which a bearing metal powder (11) is applied to a strip material (6) made of a steel and the bearing metal is subjected to at least one sintering process and the composite material (25) is made of strip material (6 ) and bearing metal (14) is then subjected to a heat treatment.
