There is disclosed a method of driving a two-wheeled, self-balancing scooter (1) or elevator to obtain straight rideability upon the occurrence of an external force. The method includes a drive ready step of applying current to the two-wheel self-balancing scooter or elevator (S10), a travel step of setting a vehicle speed, and a forward / backward direction by tilting the user's body forward or backward (S20), when a wheel becomes flat, a turn-increasing step with rapidly increasing revolutions of the flat wheel (S30), a turn-reducing step with decreasing the revolutions of a normal wheel according to the revolutions of the flat wheel (S40) , a rotation-synchronizing step with the same setting of the revolutions of the flat wheel and the normal wheel (S50), and a synchronization-repeating step of repeating the rotation-synchronizing step (S60).
