A method for producing a dewdrop preventing element having a super-water-repellent surface of the present invention comprises the steps of: mixing a particulate color and polytetrafluoroethylene in a predetermined ratio; fine particle coating of the paint mixture on a substrate surface; and heat treating the substrate coated with the fine particulate paint. A method for producing a dewdrop preventing element having a super-water-repellent surface according to another aspect of the present invention comprises the steps of: dipping a substrate in an electrodeposition paint, and applying a direct current to perform electrodeposition painting; Heat treating the substrate which has been subjected to the electrodeposition coating; and plasma treating the surface of the substrate subjected to the electrodeposition coating.
