It is a pallet device in which it can be prevented that hooks fixed to the pallet collide with the tool of a machine tool or a workpiece. The pallet apparatus comprises pallets having a pallet main body clamping a workpiece and exchange hooks movably formed on this pallet main body, the exchange hooks being interposed between a protruding position in which they protrude outside the pallet main body and a pull-in position in which they are withdrawn from the projecting position toward the pallet main body, are movable; and tightening means to which the pallets are attached and removed.
