Device for recovering fresh water from the saturated air above the ocean level, by means of the cold of the oceanic deep water in the equatorial zone, characterized in that it consists of a floating platform (1) with heat exchangers (2), fans ( 3) blowing the heat exchangers (2) with the warm saturated ocean air, pumps (4, 5), wind generators (7), reservoirs (8) and deep water hoses (6) supplying the cold oceanic water to the heat exchangers (2) transport. 2) that the heat exchangers (2) consist of tortuous tubes which create a vortex in the cold oceanic deep water flowing through them and in the stream of hot saturated and over-ocean air blowing the tubes and thereby the condensation of water vapor at the surface intensify the pipes.
