Automatic trajectory-mapping system for optical microscope comprising an optical system (8) able to focus on a sample (9), a high-speed camera (12) placed at the image plane of said optical system (8) and able to detect a zone of interest (10) of said sample (9), a light source (2) able to illuminate at least some of the sample (9), and a control unit (21) programmed to calculate spatial information used in feedback control of the focus and/or position of the zone of interest (10) of the sample (9), characterised in that said high-speed camera (12) sequentially integrates: at least one first series of images (34) with a first integration time, said images being used to carry out said feedback control of focus and/or position; and at least one scientific image (30) with a second integration time.
