A device (DR) is responsible for regulating a setpoint of a system (S) and comprises filtering means (MF) filtering the setpoint to deliver a filtered input signal, and correction means (MC) producing a signal for controlling the system based on the filtered input signal and a system output signal in the presence of a disturbance. The filtering means (MF) comprise a pre-filter (PF) performing pre-filtering of the setpoint in a non-integer order to deliver a pre-filtered input signal, and a first compensator (C1) applying to the signal of pre-filtered input a first compensation function of a first part of a model of the system for delivering the filtered input signal. The device (DR) also comprises a second compensator (C2) applying to the prefiltered input signal a second compensation function of a second part of the model for outputting an auxiliary signal used to produce the control signal.
