The textile lapping device is a textile piece (1) forming a charlotte deep enough to cover the reinforcements of the OMR tray and the handle, or the molding of a container. This textile piece (1) comprises an elastic (2) to ensure its maintenance on the tank OMR bin or container and its spaced mesh allows ventilation. The device is washable, recyclable, and scalable in size for adaptation to the OMR tray or container. This recovery device combines respect for the environment, hygiene, health and public safety.
