The lot has a limited number of media that measure the physicochemical characteristics of a nanomaterial incorporated in these media, in order to predict the evolution of these characteristics when the nanomaterial is in a complex natural environment depending on the parameters or possible constituents of this natural environment. These measurement media are cell culture media, defined, entirely synthetic, compatible with the measurement techniques envisaged. They form a representative panel of the parameters or possible constituents of the natural environment. The invention provides a method for obtaining this batch from commercially available culture media, and a method for predicting the behavior of the nanomaterial in the natural environment, including the statistical planning of a protocol of measurements to be performed at the facility. using this lot and the statistical analysis of the results obtained. The corona effect, due to the interactions between the nanomaterial and the proteins of the complex medium, can be analyzed.
