The present invention relates to estimating the prognosis of progression of follicular lymphoma in a patient. It relates more particularly to a prognostic estimation method consisting in measuring the expression of one or more genes in a biological sample of a patient suffering from such a lymphoma, the estimation of said prognosis of lymphoma evolution in said patient being determined according to each level of expression measured for a selected gene.
