This method comprises the steps of: arranging longitudinal reinforcement on a support structure prepared, on either side of a path (C) of the railway; have transverse reinforcement on the prepared support structure, between the longitudinal reinforcement; arranging reserve forms on the prepared support structure, between the longitudinal reinforcement on the one hand and between two successive transverse reinforcement on the other hand; pouring a concrete so as to cover the reinforcement placed on the ground; using a slipform machine, conforming the cast concrete to a predetermined profile (P) so that the track support element produced has right and left longitudinal members (11, 12) and transverse legs (14) securing the right and left sills between them; and, remove the reserve forms.
