The invention relates to a device for attracting Asian hornets at its center and to intercept them while allowing smaller insects also attracted in the invention to regain freedom by a calibrated output. By the shape of the neck (5) the butterflies can not enter the trap. It consists of shells (2 and 3) screwing into each other defining the structure of the device. An inlet channel (5) placed in the upper shell (2) allows penetration of Asian hornets and insects of equal or lesser size, and leads them to the heart of the invention. The set of insects are then found in the lower shell (3) which has a low, rectangular shape of 4.5 millimeters high by 35 millimeters wide, located 14 millimeters from the axis of screwing of the two shells . It retains the hornets that can not come out but allows insects measuring between 3 millimeters and 4.5 millimeters to regain freedom. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for the capture of Asian hornets in beekeepers, in municipalities and gardens of individuals.
