The present invention relates to a device for attaching shells to a rope without using the technique of bonding, the limitation of their growth in all dimensions regardless of their orientation relative to the rope, and the protection of each shell against predators exteriors. This device consists of a rigid upper plate (1) and a rigid lower plate (2), with a central perforation for sliding the rope (4). Once these two trays juxtaposed and attached against each other head to tail, an assembly is formed of several individual containers (3) rigid spherical, provided with perforations (6), for the growth and protection of each shell. Peripheral orifices (5) allow to pass for example a cord to keep these receptacles closed. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for shellfish farming using shellfish farming on ropes.
