The cylinder head 42 is attached to an end of the cylinder body 41. The gear change mechanism 70 is disposed behind the crankshaft 44. An axis 41b of the cylinder 41a extends upward obliquely to the rear from the crankshaft 44 side. The axis 41b of the cylinder 41a passes through in front of an axis 44a of the crankshaft 44 when viewed from a direction that the crankshaft 44 extends.
