A railway vehicle (1) includes a driver's cabin, a galley and a passenger cabin which are respectively partitioned and individually having air conditioners. In an conditioned air duct (32a) to which conditioned air is supplied from the air conditioner for the galley and the air conditioner for the passenger cabin and which is arranged over the driver's cabin, the galley and the passenger cabin, a first opening/closing device controlling the flow of conditioned air is arranged in the vicinity of a first partition wall (114a) as a partition of the driver's cabin, and a second opening/closing device (38a) controlling the flow of conditioned air is arranged in the vicinity of a second partition wall (114c) as a partition between the galley and the passenger cabin. When any of the air conditioner in the driver's cabin, the air conditioner in the galley and the air conditioner in the passenger cabin fails, air condition in the cabin where the air conditioner fails is complemented by the normal air conditioner by switching between the first opening/closing device and the second opening/closing device (38a).
