A joining device with wide accessibility for parts of furniture and furnishing items, of a first panel to a second panel to be moved towards each other to bring an edge of the second panel abutted in a tightening position against a surface of the first panel, includes a blocking group and a connection group. The blocking group is inserted inside a seat defined within the first panel and receiving the blocking group, and includes a toothed crown, which is housed in a casing positioned in a first holing in the first panel and which controls the movement of a grub screw engaging a pin of the connection group.
