A kind of method,For virtualizing optical-fiber network, it include: the resource extracted in the corresponding resource information optical-fiber network of optics, construct one or more optics reachability graph (ORG) nodes pair of multiple path candidates, determine path candidate optics reachable path, and create the link between the every ORG nodes pair of ORG, when there are ORG nodes pair at least one optics reachable path, wherein hinged node generates ORG to ORG. In another embodiment, computer program product including executable instruction, make node execute following steps when being executed by a processor: determining optical-electrical-optical (OEO) conversion capability of optical-fiber network, multiple services sites are divided to one or more electric reachability graph (ERG) nodes, the ability for determining each of grooming ERG nodes constructs the path that multiple electric layer reach between ERG nodes and forms ERG.
