The present invention relates to a dispensing cylinder, and a dispensing device and a dispensing treatment method using the dispensing cylinder. An object of the present invention is to provide a compact, easily handled, and highly accurate dispensing cylinder capable of performing a dispensing treatment for both a minute amount of liquid and a large amount of liquid using a single mechanism, and a dispensing device and a dispensing treatment method using the dispensing cylinder.;The dispensing cylinder includes: a cylinder having a cavity therein; a nozzle provided at one end of the cylinder, having a through hole communicating with the cavity and extending in an axial direction of the cavity, and making a dispensing tip attachable to an outside thereof; and a plunger provided so as to be slidable in the cavity in the axial direction. The cavity has a large diameter region having a large diameter inner peripheral surface and a small diameter region provided so as to be closer to a nozzle than the large diameter region and having a small diameter inner peripheral surface. The plunger has a thick shaft portion provided so as to be slidable in the large diameter region and a thin shaft portion protruding from a distal end of the thick shaft portion in the axial direction and provided so as to be slidable in the small diameter region.
