As a result, the reagent operation process is simplified, and meanwhile, the coated antibodies and the labeled antibodies are physically separated to effectively avoid nonspecific binding. Furthermore, the reaction tank is designed into a special structure, so that when fluid flows through the reaction tank, wavy fluid flow is generated to fully mix the coated antibodies and the labeled antibodies, and thus, testing efficiency and sensitivity are effectively improved.
