A digital microfluidic chemiluminescence detection chip, detection method and detection apparatus. The digital microfluidic chemiluminescence detection chip comprises a first substrate and a second substrate that are arranged opposite each other. The cavity formed by the first substrate and the second substrate comprises a mixing and incubating area for achieving antigen, magnetic bead antibody and antibody binding, a luminescence detection area for achieving chemiluminescence and detecting a light signal, and a communication path connecting the mixing and incubating area and the luminescence detection area. The first substrate is provided with a driving array configured to drive a sample liquid to move and a light sensor array configured to acquire a sample liquid luminescence signal. The driving array corresponds to the positions of the mixing and incubating area, the luminescence detection area and the communication path. The light sensor array corresponds to the position of the luminescence detection area.
