A device for fixing a functional member (100) on a support (200) consists of a fastening rivet (10) adapted to be fixed in a mounting hole in the support (200) and a silentblock (50) coupled to the fastening rivet (10) and delimiting a receiving and holding area adapted to receive and maintain a portion of the functional member (100). The fastening rivet (10), consisting of a female outer part (14) and a male inner part slidably mounted in the female part (14), comprises locking elements (20) fitting into a passage traversing silentbloc (50) and cooperating with the silentbloc (50) so as to provide a recess connection between the silentbloc (50) and the female outer part (14) of the fastening rivet (10). The embedding connection thus obtained is located in the lower part of the female outer part (14) of the fastening rivet (10) and provides a locking of the silentbloc (50) radially and longitudinally with respect to the female outer piece (14) of the rivet fixing (10).
