The present invention concerns a water, and in particular a concentrated mineral or spring water that has kept the original ionic balance of same and is enriched in natural orthosilicic acid, a method for producing such a water and a dietary, cosmetic, dermatological or pharmaceutical composition and a nutritional supplement comprising same. The invention also concerns the use of a concentrated water enriched in natural orthosilicic acid, for regenerating and/or reinforcing the skin, hair and nails; and/or for hydrating the skin and preventing the dehydration of same. The invention also concerns a concentrated water enriched in natural orthosilicic acid intended for use as a drug, in particular in the treatment and/or prevention of neurodegenerative diseases, in particular Alzheimer's disease; the treatment of sensitive skin; the treatment and/or prevention of inflammatory skin pathologies; and the prevention of cardiovascular diseases and/or atherosclerosis. The invention also extends to a device enclosing or containing a concentrated water according to the invention or a dietary, cosmetic, dermatological or pharmaceutical composition comprising a concentrated water according to the invention.
