To provide an ultrasonic guide method of a subacromial bursa.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic image of a subacromial bursa is easily photographed by grasping an elbow joint by another hand after taking a particular posture, short-distance implantation along a supraspinatus tendon becomes possible, a deposition liquid of the subacromial bursa is concentrated at the particular posture, and the deposition liquid can be sucked from the short distance by placing a probe face of an ultrasonic device on an arrow-shaped face SP in the vicinity of a large humerus nodule. By this technological means, it is prevented that a scapula hinders the photography of the subacromial bursa by internally rotating the large humerus nodule.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
